Process

1) COMPLETE YOUR SLIDE DECK

Please ensure you include:

a) A BUDGET overview slide

b) A TEAM slide ("who's working on the project?" including community, not just you.)

c) A METRICS slide. Focused on:

• Quality: wicked products / services, usable and sexy
• Participation: people participating, pitching in
• Adoption: products and services being used

2) POST YOUR SLIDES TO THE BOARD SLIDES WIKI PAGE

• This wiki page will help us consolidate and ensure versions are up to date.
• Please DO NOT send me slides via email -- to avoid version control nightmare.

3) DO A BLOG POST ON YOUR SLIDES

• Once you've posted your slides to the wiki, do a blog post about them next week.
• Include a slidecast if possible.
• That way, when we ship the slides to the board next week, we can include links to your posts.
