Summary: SUMO is short for support.mozilla.org, the official, community-powered support website for Mozilla Firefox. SUMO rescues users when something goes wrong: we have a Knowledge Base, Help Forums and an Army of Awesome Twitter helpers. They all make SUMO one of the best places for any contributor to get started with Mozilla, regardless of their background. We want to show you how amazing and important SUMO is and how to use your magnet to attract people to contribute to SUMO, help our users and grow the Mozilla community.
