Thunderbird 14.0 issues

Not so minor

(not in order)

1. ongoing TB14 Lightning failed to upgrade issues, please tag them tb14lightning; workaround: upgrade manually
2. ongoing issues associated with automatic compacting; please tag these issues tb14compact - Not a TB 14 issue but an ongoing issue development, QA and support should work together to try and fix
3. At least two problems with toolbars on Windows, fixed by Alt V/F10; tag these tb14missingtoolbar - Jen: time to document in a kb article? - This seems to be an ongoing UX issue that should be fixed via an improvement of UX (or is this a Windows "education" issue?)

2. ongoing Thunderbird dataloss issues, please tag them tb14dataloss - again been around for a long time, but no actionable STR for devs to fix
3. Thunderbird 14 isn't compatible with Spamfighter?!? please tag these tb14spamfighter - would be great to have somebody work with 3rd party folks like Spamfighter for every release
