How are you currently involved with the community?: I am working on giving Thunderbird as much kinetic energy so it can reach Escape Velocity

Summary: Thunderbird is preparing for a change in governance and in release model. The volunteers and paid staff are working together in defining how we will keep Thunderbird flying. This session will present up-to-date results and summary of these conversations: Main community objectives, Organization and governance, What does Mozilla do/What do volunteers do, Key upcoming contributions, How you can help...

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MozCampEU2012/Tracks): This is a community building session. It is also a catch-up and call to action session for those who have missed the ongoing conversation.
