Meeting Details

We conduct meetings on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month at 21:00IST (15:30UTC) in #kerala. The meetings are bridged over to Telegram by our very own botzilla.

The meetings are chaired by a mozillian that is elected with a nomination / poll in the previous month. The meetings follow the Kerala/SOPs/IRC_Meeting Meetings SOP. The agenda for the meetings are collaborated on Etherpad and follows the format [1]<DDMMMYY>. If you have something to discuss and decide with the community, feel free to put it up in the agenda of the next meeting.

-We conduct bi-weekly meetings on second and fourth Saturdays every month @ 21 o'clock IST. The venue for the event is the IRC Channel #Kerala on [[IRC|Mozilla IRC]]. The agenda for the meeting will be updated in advance on the etherpad which follows the format : public.etherpad-mozilla.org/p/kerala-meeting-DDMMMYY . The same should be updated with the Minutes, Outcomes, Assignment of tasks etc. Whoever is interested can inform well in advance and chair the meeting. By default chair falls back to asd.
