  • Format/Topics:
  1. Create search index/system for movies- In order for BayKids to conduct BayKids’ movie content searches on our website, youtube, etc, to make disease specific compilations, create clips with certain themes for our Milkshake Moments, etc, BayKids needs help creating tags/a way to search movies by therapeutic area, subject matter, key phrases etc.
  2. Create search index/system for music- BayKids is going to roll-out a request for original music effort and needs help figuring out the best way to organize and catalogue music and sounds so that editors know what is available and can easily search and access these songs and sounds for BayKids movies.
  3. Video Editing projects- edit BayKids movies and related projects
  4. Event Planning- BayKids wants to plan an event this fall (ideally, but might be this winter) to launch our Medical Advisory Board and showcase a few of our kids. We just came up with the idea of having a few of our kids on stage and engaging with their docs and showing clips from their movies as the entertainment piece of the event. We need to plan everything else and would love to partner with Mozilla and/or have Mozilla employees plan this as their volunteer project.
  5. Construct an animation station- we’d like to create our own non-copied version of Ann Arbor Film Festival’s Animation Station http://playgallery.org/videos/562/ and Mozilla employees could potentially design and make this for BayKids.
  6. Watch BayKids movies and write up movie descriptions for the dvd jackets and youtube. Also, help carry out key word tags for a new index/search system (#1 above)
