• Working on M9 features and test plans. Lots landing, daily smoketests and trunk landing verifications.
• Work continues on Feature Test Plans linked from the Firefox 3 Test Plan Wiki.
• This week's testday topic is Places. If you're the dev on the feature, please come to #testday on friday to help with questions.

Round table

• Documentation continues to make great progress. The only major areas remaining in need of documentation are Places and microformats, with a few other smaller areas left to cover as well. Please check the documentation plan and the list of bugs tagged as dev-doc-needed to be sure the stuff you care about is scheduled to be documented.

• Late SVG patches: Mozilla evangelism group wants more focus on SVG (through tutorials, demos and squeezing in any low risk, positive value patches) to provide an alternative to Silverlight / Flash using Open Web tech. See http://wiki.mozilla.org/User:MarkFinkle/PushingSVG#SVG_Patches_in_the_Queue
  • Please take a look at the potential "1.9 patches" and think about the possibility of getting them into Gecko 1.9
  • MFinkle will be traveling to Toronto during the Gecko conference call and won't be able to "lobby directly" - notes here or email to evangelism@mozilla.com would be helpful.
