Autophone
- [bc] Android 2.3 support drops next Tuesday. Leaves autophone-1 idle.
- [bc] All missing jobs submitted. nexus-6p-3, nexus-9-1 will be caught up in a day or so.

- Working on final touches, should be ready for review by EOD.
- Unittest debug trunk builds not being tested until Taskcluster support lands.
