NB: we are only doing SUMO forums (i.e. support questions on support.mozilla.org for Firefox Desktop), not doing other products like Firefox for Android and NOT doing social ie. not doing twitter but we do that next All Hands maybe?!?!
- 5 minute intro to answering support questions
- separate into 4 groups in each of the 4 corners (have two groups of forum and two of Social? Do we have enough staff/contributors to do this? Roland: We are only doing SUMO Forums not Social! no time!)
- answer support questions for 10 minutes (15 minutes maybe? we want to involve people)
- go around room, discuss the previous 10 minutes
- answer more support questions for 10 minutes
- go around room, discuss the previous 10 minutes
- personal support story anecdotes
