Writing process, tips
- Will take articles in any format. Grammatically correct.
- Outline:
- Title
- Intro paragraph about the section and references other related areas
- Describe problem
- Steps to resolve problems
- Be specific
- Screenshots - windows vista & 7 priority
- Videos are ok, voiceover is ok
- Write article first, then markup later in the wiki.

Workflow
- Shae to write up one article and send to Michael/Cheng for review and formatting
Timeline
- 2-3 articles in the next 2 weeks initially. First articles should be the most asked questions/issues.
