* TBG said after the site makes it past 1.0 target milestone that it is our website and they are not going to be part of any fixes.

* Issues: not being able to delete marks by IP and delete marks by super users
* Laura agrees that delete marks by super user is a new feature, but delete by IP is already in the system, but it is broken. Laura is pushing back that the delete by IP needs to be in.
* Laura wants the database wiped and then she will focus on getting the super users to put on their marks.
* The security issue with django is not going to be handled in the 1.0 release, and TBG recommends it for a 1.1 release.

* He is fine with being behind on django, but as long as we stick to our process that he is fine with having it not be up to date.
* Michael believes it is odd that you have to flush your cookies if you are having trouble logging into the admin panel.

* Reviewed open tickets and verified that they are still broken.
* bug 654764 - dashed lines - TBG said they submitted a patch, Laura checked and it is fine now
* Concern about l10n getting it in so they can test
 
Stas (l10n)
 
* 16 languages in
* 1 week in of the work to do be done
* Localization has been going smooth, but a few bugs filed recently which would have l10n impacts
* bug 654880 / 654883 - both have l10n impact as strings were changing. Ryan mentioned those are in 1.1 target milestone so they are not an issue now. Stas would like to see if he can get the copy nailed down now so he can do the l10n now instead of later.
* bug 652912: He will comment on the bug today.
* Just wanted to confirm a dark launch the week of the 10th and launch on the 17th

This the agenda and action items for the weekly check-in meeting for Markup, which took place on 2011-05-05 at 8:30am in All Your Base and Conference #329.

The purpose of this meeting is to get a development status update, triage outstanding bugs and identify action items for Markup.

Status Update

  • We are currently focused on shipping the product on May 10th.

Statuses

Laura update (Product Owner):

  • TBG making good progress on bugs
