Audio and Music making has gone a revolution, things like Alberton Live and Live Looping has brought new ways to create music. But Dj culture is still focused on 2 decks and a mixer. Next-generation DJ kit does not take full advantage of innovations in music making and has become stagnant because of this. Dj culture was always forward thinking, but has stalled in the internet era.
