- While we will do our best to help you with your problem, please remember that Thunderbird is a free and open source project. This means that - in addition to being able to provide Thunderbird free of charge - many of our activities (particularly support, documentation and customization) are mostly volunteer efforts. Given that we don't have the resources of a commercial software company, we rely on our users and our community to help each other via open channels i.e. our support knowledgebase at http://support.mozillamessaging.com and our support forum: http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging . There are no other official support channels i.e. we do not offer paid, telephone, email, fax, or chat support for Thunderbird.
- In addition, there are many other unofficialcommunity support channels on the Internet for Thunderbird; most notably the ones at MozillaZine including their forums and knowledge base. You can find even more support resources via a Google search or via Get Satisfaction.
