Once we get finall optional review from Alex we can checkin-needed director patch. Gozala is gonig to r+ feedback request.

• Luca also wrote document explaining how e10s propagation is implemented for director which can be useful for other actors as well.
• Styling API has an initial patch submitted. We'll try to make Zer0 review it since he expressed some interest. If not gozala is going to take over.
• Context Menu API has 5 patches submitted 3 of them landed waiting for last two to be reviewed to be able to land the whole thing.
