- 5 minute intro to answering support questions
- separate into 4 groups in each of the 4 corners (have two groups of forum and two of Social? Do we have enough staff/contributors to do this?)
- answer support questions for 10 minutes (15 minutes maybe? we want to involve people)
- go around room, discuss the previous 10 minutes
- answer more support questions for 10 minutes
- go around room, discuss the previous 10 minutes
- personal support story anecdotes
- (Even if participants do want to answer questions long term, ask for people to keep in touch with SUMO, we would appreciate their help)
