- Address difference in long term vision in terms of studio vs. lab. Drop the long term vision piece or soften it.
- Don't think we'll know if Mozilla will buy in until we've done a couple of productions. We're teeing that experiment up with the development phase this year.

Process
1) COMPLETE YOUR SLIDE DECK
Please ensure you include:
a) A BUDGET overview slide
b) A TEAM slide ("who's working on the project?" including community, not just you.)
c) A METRICS slide. Focused on:
- Quality: wicked products / services, usable and sexy
- Participation: people participating, pitching in
- Adoption: products and services being used
2) POST YOUR SLIDES TO THE BOARD SLIDES WIKI PAGE

- your final slides are due here: Friday, Jan 28
- This wiki page will help us consolidate and ensure versions are up to date.
- Please DO NOT send me slides via email -- to avoid version control nightmare.
3) DO A BLOG POST ON YOUR SLIDES
- Once you've posted your slides to the wiki, do a blog post about them next week.
- Include a slidecast if possible.
- That way, when we ship the slides to the board next week, we can include links to your posts.
