Research

Users in the House! First session - yesterday. 1 think-aloud on early working prototype on desktop on Home with my data.
General feedback from user:

    • modern, clean, simple
    • sees it as popularity (frequently used) from left to right
    • confused when saw multiple gmail "boxes" - spam, inbox-3, inbox-0 etc
    • time of day would be cool - home vs work profile
    • on tablet - popularity didn't come across because 2x2 grid and not 4x? grid
    • search for "cats" and hit enter in search bar, doesn't do a search and then see results in tab first
    • "my fear is it would put me in a bubble"
    • explain to mom "knows what you're interested in and show it to you. you don;t need to think about it."

future updates will be on a private blog
