What is Integrated Marketing?
There are many different definitions of integrated marketing, but what we mean here is slightly different. This is more about the process by which the Engagement team on-boards, manages and communicates cross-functional initiatives. Regardless if we call them "waves", "initiatives", "campaigns", or "projects", we should be unifying the method of we deliver all of our great marketing initiatives. We've created a presentation that introduces the idea and what we are trying to improve. This by no means is supposed to be perfect as we will continue to evolve and improve over time.
