Contributor groups

I'd like to have the different types of contributions (l10n, testing, hacking, …) stated as list, since a translator won't need to dig into the depth of JavaScript etc. to get his job done. So there's the mailinglist and the IRC. I wonder, whether a blog (I'm looking at you Asa :)) and tags (for Twitter et al.) could be fixed here, too. TCP is often associated with the TCP/IP, so we need another one. Are there MDN pages concerning the tablet? Can we link them here? Just a brainstorm --Ryuno-Ki (talk) 16:23, 10 April 2014 (PDT)
